While writing up the previous post, I did a little research and came up with a list of Grateful Dead shows I saw.
It only comes to 16. For whatever reason, I thought I had seen more. Maybe the two JGB shows in 84/85 and the 2 or 3 Bob Weir / Robert Wasserman shows during 87/89 blur my memory.
Spent a great afternoon at Extra Innings today. Bobby Doran played, Brian (it may be Bryan, I am never really sure) was at is always bartending best and Robin and Derrick (again, not sure on the spelling of his name but I feel safe with Robin) cooked up a shrimp boil.
Thanks to you all for making the day grand.
Put this together music list together Monday night. Been burning and printing labels ever since.

Dave Brubeck, jazz legend, dies at 91 -- L.A. Times
The mid-winter holiday that I celebrate is here. The Winter Solstice. The quantity of hourly sunlight here in the northern hemisphere starts increasing. The light at the end of the tunnel of winter starts getting closer. That makes me happy.
My tradition for this time of year has settled on creating a CD for those around me.
