  • Summit Arena, Houston TX (10/20/88) -- Set List
  • Reunion Arena, Dallas TX (10/21/88) -- Set List
  • Park West Ski Resort, Salt Lake City, UT (8/20/87) -- Set List

It only comes to 16. For whatever reason, I thought I had seen more. Maybe the two JGB shows in 84/85 and the 2 or 3 Bob Weir / Robert Wasserman shows during 87/89 blur my memory.

fun at extra innings

Spent a great afternoon at Extra Innings today. Bobby Doran played, Brian (it may be Bryan, I am never really sure) was at is always bartending best and Robin and Derrick (again, not sure on the spelling of his name but I feel safe with Robin) cooked up a shrimp boil.

Thanks to you all for making the day grand.

happy wonderful winter solstice

The mid-winter holiday that I celebrate is here. The Winter Solstice. The quantity of hourly sunlight here in the northern hemisphere starts increasing. The light at the end of the tunnel of winter starts getting closer. That makes me happy.

My tradition for this time of year has settled on creating a CD for those around me.

After closely guarding their music and logos for decades, the surviving members of the Grateful Dead are significantly increasing their merchandising and licensing deals. The pioneering jam band's music has appeared in at least four movies since April, and over the last several months, the number of licensees has increased 20%, including new deals with Burton snowboards, Dregs skateboards and Wines That Rock.
